A Lien Statement must be sent 4 months from the last furnishing of labor and/or materials.

Home Owner Notice

A Notice to Owner must be sent by Oklahoma subcontractors on owner-occupied residential properties at the start of work to inform the owners of the possibility of a lien.

Pre-Lien Notice (Intent to Lien)

No pre-lien notice is required if the project is a residential project or is worth $2,500 or less in Oklahoma. In all other cases, it must be sent within 75 days from last furnishing labor and/or materials.

A Lien Statement must be sent by the subcontractor to the Kansas commercial job, 90 days from the last furnishing of labor and/or materials.
