The USPS manifest must be stamped by the
40th day in order to avoid missing a deadline.
A Notice to Owner must be RECEIVED by the 45th day after you furnished labor and materials, otherwise you forfeit your lien and bond claim rights.
You have 90 DAYS FROM LAST DAY you completed the job, to record a lien or make a claim against bond. Remember, you can only file a lien if you have sent the NTO on time.
