It is a Preliminary Notice that must be sent to the parties involved in the Georgia construction project within 30 days of first furnishing labor and/or materials.
A Georgia Claim of Lien must be recorded by the general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers within 90 days of last furnishing labor and/or materials to the construction project.
